DESCRIPTIO

Alkeshka is a producer and VJ hailing from Louisiana. He blends the strange and esoteric to give you a truly appalling performance.

Fungus Funk is Sergei Prilepa, an established psychedelic trance musician from Moscow, Russia. Sergei started producing psytrance in 1998, and he has been releasing music since 2001. Over the past 15 years, Fungus Funk has put out his compilation tracks on Acidance, Deja Vu, Goanmantra, Insomnia, Noise Conspiracy, Crystal Matrix and numerous other labels. To his credit are four well-received full length albums: ‘F-People’ (2006) on Acidance, ‘Vostok 1’ (2008) together with Samadhi on Blitz Studios, ‘Electric Grooves’ (2010) also on Blitz Studios, and ‘Kremlin Gremlin’ (2012) on his own label Unlimited Music. Additionally, Sergei also released four acclaimed EPs: ‘Tune In’ on Planet B.E.N. as Fungus Funk, ‘Star Eater’ on Sun Station as Astroff, both in 2011, Technomarine EP in 2014 and in 2015 Fungus Drop EP in collaboration with Greek artist Drip Drop on Pixan Recordings.

Fungus Funk’s sound is not easy to define as it incorporates features from different sub-genres of psytrance and generally tends to change from album to album. Regardless of which version of Fungus Funk you get to experience, it is guaranteed to be full of fat well defined basslines, powerful psychedelic leads, and top-notch sequencing. Courtesy of his productive musical output and subsequent popularity in the international psytrance scene, Fungus Funk regularly travels the globe and plays his live and DJ sets at various dance music events. Among some of the bigger festivals he has appeared at are the well-known Boom Festival (Portugal), Sonica (Italy), Antaris (Germany), Transcendence (Brazil), and Hadra (France) among others. We at Sangoma are happy to have Sergei on board.

Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast will turn into a hotel-wide haunted house by transforming our All Day Dining from a normally safe restaurant into a horrifying destination. Featuring freaky decorated pumpkins, candles, special drinks and creepy dishes (eyeballs, spiders and fingers possibly) will be served. DJ Norris & DJ Solgi, will have you doing your best version of the monster mash dance all night. Prizes and surprises will be given out throughout the night for top 3 best costumes! Put on your scary costume and head to Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast to dine and party all night!!!

Jon Matthews is the owner of many pairs of baggy pants, a poncho and the Beijing comedy scenes' most recognizable beard. And now the British funnyman can add his own ComedyClubChina show to the list.

Jon's unique and cynical worldview is sure to make you laugh as he tells of life, love, being mistaken for historical figures and his ambition to become a minor expat celebrity.

Jon will be supported by some of Beijing's finest comedians and as always tickets come with a free glass of wine.
