Driven by our shared passion for American full - equipment football, we have grown into a vibrant community of over 60 members, who come from various industries across society. 1. Coach Recruitment
We are currently seeking a dedicated coach to lead and guide our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Strong Sense of Responsibility: Be committed to the team’s development, take charge of training sessions, and provide professional guidance to players.
Stable Attendance: Be able to attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and important matches as scheduled.
Relevant Experience: Possess coaching experience in American full - equipment football, or have played football in the NCAA Division 1 (D1) or Division 2 (D2) leagues in the United States. Familiarity with modern football strategies, training methods, and player development is highly preferred.
As our coach, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a young and promising team, help players improve their skills, and build a competitive and cohesive squad.
2. Player Recruitment
