CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT REQUIRED

Pakistan Embassy College Beijing invites applications from Beijing-based seasoned construction professionals to support the design, tendering and on-site supervision of a new, three-storey Primary School Block on our campus, on immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility study & site survey
• Prepare schematic & detailed technical drawings (architectural, structural, MEP)
• Develop Bill of Quantities and tender documentation
• Assist in contractor selection
• Supervise construction: quality control, timeline management
• Secure local permits and ensure code compliance
• Oversee project close-out and contract claim settlement

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in institutional or school projects
• Professional certification/ registration with National Administration Board of Architecture Registration, Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, PRC
• Familiarity with PRC construction standards and procurement rules
• English communication skills
