The Pickled Art Centre of Beijing had its beginnings as the personal studio of artist and sculptor Li Gang. By 1999, a bronze casting foundry was established on the premises. Through Li Gang's vision and foresight, the Pickled Art Center has now evolved into a comprehensive art and sculpture development center offering a wide variety of material resources, facilities and technical expertise especially designed for the creation of sculpture.
