A decent dumpling house located in the heart of Beijing. Shun Yi Fu specializes in many different kinds of dumplings – both boiled and pan-fried. The most memorable is their vegetarian dumpling, which is filled with a baby bok choy and mushroom mixture. There are so many appetizing cold dishes – the “tiger salad” is especially delicious. A very clean and pleasant place.
