SourTower is the newest addition to the Peiping Machine family, and as its name suggests, specializes in sour beers. A quaint little spot for enjoying some unique brews that can't be found anywhere else in the city, coupled with all the deliciousness of Peiping Machine's food menu and some natural wines by Simple Drinks.
