A Bridge for Children International（简称ABC）成立于2007年，是一家在美国注册的非盈利机构，总部设立在北京，致力于为孤儿和流动儿童提供服务，搭建儿童之桥，帮助他们顺利完成从社会边缘到主流群体的过渡。基于“每一个孩子都应该拥有温暖的家庭，每一个孩子都应该接受良好的教育”的宗旨，我们主要通过三个项目帮助中国弱势儿童——“牵手”项目（企业社会责任和志愿者服务），“梦想”项目（大龄孤儿职业和生活技能培训），“才”项目(流动儿童才艺课程培训和教师培训)。

自成立以来，ABC“才”项目与北京周边多所打工子弟小学合作，开设周六美术、音乐、篮球和音乐才艺课程，在900人次志愿者的参与下，累计影响学生5400人次。同时，我们将才艺课程与品格塑造相结合，帮助孩子培养关爱、勇敢、自信、承诺等品格。

加入ABC的大家庭，成为一名志愿者老师或志愿者摄影师，为北京周边的流动儿童带去丰富多彩的才艺课程，见证他们的点滴成长，和孩子们共度一个学期的快乐时光！

岗位： 美术、音乐、篮球、舞蹈老师和摄影师

主要职责：

1. 授课/摄影：

a. 对象：8—12岁的打工子弟学生。

b. 地点：北京周边打工子弟小学

c. 时间：2016年秋季学期（9月初-11月底）每周六早上/下午

2. 与所在小组成员一同制定授课计划，并进行课程总结与反馈。

3. 帮助管理教学物料。

岗位要求：

1. 喜欢音乐、绘画、篮球、舞蹈或摄影，热衷公益事业；

2. 有专业绘画/声乐/篮球/舞蹈/摄影基础

3. 有教育、心理学教学背景者优先；

4. 喜欢教授孩子，乐于帮助他们在学习知识技能的过程中塑造品格；

5. 诚实、耐心、宽容、有责任心；

6. 有较强的自我管理能力以及团队合作精神；

7. 出色的人际交往能力与积极的处事态度；

8. 18岁以上，能完成8-10周课程，并参加为期一天的志愿者培训。

A Bridge for Children Volunteer Recruitment Fall 2016

Join the ABC TALENT team to:

Share your talents, knowledge, and wisdom with migrant children

Volunteer with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals to be a basketball coach, music instructor, arts or dance teacher on Saturdays in fall, 2016

Location: Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

1. Teach 8-12 aged migrant students basketball, art, music or dance in migrant schools on Saturdays in fall 2016 semester from September to November.

2. Work closely with other volunteers to prepare lesson plans and provide lesson feedback.

3. Assist in managing the teaching materials.

Requirements

1. Skills of music/basketball/art/dance/photography, or background in education

2. Enjoy teaching and working with children and helping them to build character while learning new knowledge and skills.

3. Be honest, patient, responsible and possess a good teamwork spirit.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.

5. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, commit to serve 8-10 weeks, and attend a one-day mandatory volunteer training session.
