This place is a really good starting point for seeing Punk and Rock in Beijing. The pit is tiered so if you don't want to get bumped into you don't have to and the pit space is more than enough. The concert area is a separate room from the lounge and tables so if you want to have a conversation it is entirely possible.
As always, you pay for quality. (usually) 50 kuai tickets and the cheapest beer starting at 20 might drain your wallet but the music is great, the atmosphere is great, and the people are great so you are getting what you're paying for.
