Expressive Italian Fine Dining

I really salute some of the ideas Chef Euginio displays in his dishes. I had his olive crusted lamb served with a "Pecorino cheesecake" - full marks for such a quirky (and tasty) accompaniment. His raspberry lasagna - layer-upon-layer of caramel and fruit indulgence - is a gargantuan dessert, so save room if you can. I wasn't bowled over by the dining room itself, but the atmosphere has more than a dash of warmth and the service was hard to fault.
