Tastier than it looks

The 'dogs at Stadium Dog are perfectly good - plump porkers, a choice of bread and plenty of toppings and mustards. I'm just surprised at the decision to cook / display the weiners on one of those greasy grill contraptions you see in local shops and kiosks around Beijing. Seeing my sausage slipping and sliding limply on oily, fat-flecked rollers doesn't get my juices flowing. And what's more, the sweet aroma of frying onions is conspicuously absent. Come on, get the wok on.
