Go there to do manicure and treated like a queen!

This is the only restaurant that will never make me complain about 2 hours waiting. Everytime I ask the fuwuyuan 'when is my turn???' they say: 'xinku le' and I cant get mad. While waiting, there's enough snacks, playing cards, card boards, etc. They should add more manicurists because I still have to wait for another 1 hour to get my nails done.
I love their condiments. But apart from that, the food is so-so. The primary reason I go there is to enjoy their service, not their food. Will come back again and bring friends.
And by the way, I was surprised that Haidilao didn't win the Best Service at the Beijinger's 2010 Restaurant Awards. I wonder how is the service at the winning restaurant, but surely couldnt afford that.
