Review of Argana
The food here is always top notch and the ever-present Youssef, a man who knows how to host, is a definite bonus. One of the few sidewalk joints in Beijing that is actually pleasant enough to eat out by the sidewalk and this gives Argana a great cafe/bistro feel.
One important caveat though: Despite what it says in the listing above, they DO NOT take any credit/debit cards (Chinese or foreign). It's strictly cash only. Considering that dinner for four with wine can run into the 700-1000 RMB range, that's something to consider before sitting down.
