First of all I am German myself and have to say that most of the dishes do not even come close to the quality and flavours of some typical dishes. So for the quality it is absolutely overpriced. Service is very poor - I have been there once and for the last time - we waited for 1.5 hours for our dishes. After 1 hour one approached us that one of the dishes would not be on stock anymore - should checked immediately after the order/be communicated to the waiters!!! Besides one served dishes from other tables to us first and none of our dishes were served together - we were a group of 5, leading to some people eating or waiting. After asking for a discount on the bill we were only invited for a drink on the house - however no compensation for such a bad experience!

Someone (a stupid kid) told me once that because I was Italian I shouldn't have to complain about italian restaurants abroad since they are always wrong for us and all we want is throw shit...I could say the same now but the fact you are actually from German to me simply means you know what you are talking about, and is just normal you say it the way you say it since THAT IS THE WAY...fuck all the other

Having been there to both Schindler's in the past 6 months,I Can only confirm doubleuare's comment.Waiting time for drinks was far too long.The service at the Ritan Branch was a complete desaster.Food quality has gone downhill as well.One as well notices constant changes with Service staff.Seems that they are unable to create staff loyalty.The German owner or part owner,entered the Restaurant and could not have cared less about what was going on in his place.Has become very obvious over the years that he is not a Restaurant professional
Wouldt'nt say its overpriced compared to Paulaner or Drei Kronen but is dipping in quality fast.All due to unprofessional,greedy owners which don't care about consistency or quality. New professional leadership would do the places good.
The Menu as well becomes boring and lacks variety.
