Review of Schlotzsky's
In my opinion they have the best "deli style" sandwiches in Beijing. I've been to Hercules but think they are not as good as Schlotzsky's. Granted Hercules is not a chain so I give them points for that but when I'm in the mood for a deli sandwich this would be the closest I can get. I've been to the Guomao location a few times and its usually empty, not sure why. Maybe because I go on the weekends.
Anyway the only thing they're missing are the good pickles on the side. Oh ya, the bread is not your typical deli sliced bread but its not bad. Value is also good as well, Sandwiches are ￥20-30 for smalls and ￥30-40 for larges.
