The first time (april 2012) when i came to view "Ozone taiyanggong". The club are located exactly at the first door beside security taiyanggongyuan apartment. This apartment is a new in this area with well design interior so everything in Ozone club is also new and has the same style design with the apartment room.
The problem>> I am so disappointed after 2 months applied their membership card which cost 6999RMB/1year , extremely expensive membership card in China!!!!! it can be said i am top 10 costumers who applied for the card. There is 1 guy who named Andy brought me to look around and intro all facilities that i'll be enjoyed after the club is open. I applied on April and he(Andy) made me sure next month in the beginning of May the club is grand opening!!! IT IS NOT TRUE TILL TODAY THEY ARE NOT DOING A GRAND OPENING ( but anyway customers can come to gym) And he also said after 1 to 2 weeks grand opening all facilities can be used as well like the sauna,etc... IT IS NOT TRUE!!!!!! Since end of May i was keep asking when all facilities can be used ? when the club is doing grand opening? when and when.... i am tired of them.. the just said in chinese kuai yao kai yue le or ma shang. Terrible!!! Untill now july still the same answear. They don't have many classes like others fitness centre has. 1 sport or class is just once or twice within 1week. For example yoga is only at saturday and sunday. If your time is not match u can't follow anymore!!!!!
They worked really slow! They need a good quality management people to help them!!!
I wish to refund my card but they don't give me an answear untill today as well!!! they said, i helped to ask the manager!! anyway who is the manager. Are they really helped me to ask??
Ps: DO NOT waste your cash in Ozone fitness center in China!! they always have a problem!!
