Review of Pekotan

Pekotan calls itself a deli, but it's not really one in that NYC way -- it's more like a bodega, what with its weird hybrid of an odd selection of shelved luxury goods (think wine, chocolate, the occasional baking need, etc) combined with a superlative fresh baked goods section and an oddly appealing lunch counter where you pick from trays of what they've cooked that day. Good coffee too. A fine spot when in the Central Park neighborhood.
