Respit from the typical clutter and chaos of Beijing eateries

I try to make a weekly visit (Monday night burger night - buy one, get one free) and rather enjoy the food. Not sure about other reviewers, but when I want to have a good, non-rubbery burger, I visit a restaurant with an actual kitchen. The meat is much higher quality than most restaurants provide in Beijing, and, as with most things, you get what you pay for. I'm a bit of a food snob and am delighted to make the once a week trip to have a Blue Frog burger.
