Review of Bank of Beijing
Lacking the English of their Bank of China counterparts, they get an A+ for effort and service and helpful, treat you well, even if they are confused by your hand motions. For me not a problem with language, but friends have also said they are very obliging, which I honor with a 5 star rating.
Be warned, unless you have a card, you cannot open a bank account unless you wait for someone to go in before you. Security is tighter than the other banks with card scan to get in.
