This is nothing like how this school portray themselves. I was a student at BICC few months back. I contacted them for 1 semester course and everything turned into a mess. The school is always empty as there are no students. I wanted to learn Chinese at a school so that I will make new friends but unfortunately that did not happen. I was the only one in the class with one more student. The teachers are not trained properly and doesn't make any lesson plan. I booked shared accommodation with this school and all the pictures on the site are fake. I paid them 8000RMB a month and they gave me a shity apartment which was 1 hour away from the school. In two months they gave me a room mate from korea, from brazil and from mexico. I always used to get into fight with them about the electricity and water bill as everything was miss manage. I left the apartment after 2 months tho I paid for 6 months but the school did not refund me any money.
No one at the school is helpful. They are always loud and angry. I felt helpless as none of the staff was helpful. All the reviews I think about this school are fake. They over charged me for a shared apartment an for the lessons.
I strongly suggest students to do their research properly before selecting the school and do not select this school.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you didn’t get on with your teachers and roommates. We are one of the few private schools in Beijing that are approved by Beijing Municipal Education Commission and we are sponsored by Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters) , thus our teachers are highly qualified and have a very good reputation. We don’t overcharge our students, our prices are in fact lower than most of the other private Chinese language schools in Beijing because we are authorized to provide free student visa (its registered as a school with the government, not as a company) thus the overall ‘handling fees’ are much cheaper. We've also provided you with a free pass to our gym, which includes sauna, pool, etc (valued at 6000rmb per month). This is a special service for our students and completely free of charge. The electricity bill and water bill are included in the rent, there was no reason for you to get into a fight with anyone. We take pride in having students from all across the world, thus when sharing an apartment you can expect a multicultural environment. We would like to clarify that we have given you your rent money back, and regarding the pictures on our website, there are all real, taken by our colleague at the site of one of the shared apartment.
We are continuously looking at ways of improving our services and our office is always open to any inquiries/questions by our students. We have staff that is very dedicated to helping our students integrate into the Chinese environment and we are available on phone after working hours and in the weekends to assist with any special requests by our students.
