Choppy haircut for 300 RMB

I went to the Sanlitun branch, and for RMB 300 my hair looks like it was just chopped off. The stylist didn't put in any work to make either the front or the layers really layered, and instead just went in one line with the scissors, and not even a straight one. It's something I would expect to get for 10 RMB at any hairdresser's down the street, but for 300 RMB it feels like a rip-off. Doesnt matter if they speak English, have nice chairs or coffee if they can't make the simplest haircut.
