Review of Wagas
I love Wagas, I do
But, could you please tell the cashier from this morning to at least smile when taking people's order? 
I was a waitress before and I could tell that she was in a bad mood this morning - but that doesn't mean that you can't smile, right?
You are in the service industry after all..
It would also be nice if the 1st thing that you say to your customer was "good morning" instead of "你要什么?"

I love Wagas too, I am executive chef living in china about 7 years and alwyas i been to wagas for carrto cake and ginger carrot juice in shanghai and i just moved to beijing from 5 months ago, you are right , Wagas staff dont have any hospitality backgroud, thats what i inform the owner before as i will stablished with wagas new concepts, that Auto Bistro , kerry center in jing'an temple in shanghai from 3 years ago,
