When I called the Sanlitun branch of Annie's, I gave my address and asked if they would be able to deliver to me. I was told yes, after which I placed my order.About 40 minutes later, I received a call telling me the delivery person had arrived. The delivery driver did arrive, but he had arrived at the wrong address.
Five minutes after that, I received another call saying that my delivery had arrived. When I went outside, I found no Annie's delivery person, so I called the Annie's back and was then told the delivery person was five minutes away.
After twenty five minutes with no food delivey, I called Annie's again was was told once more the delivery person was five minutes away.
Finally, after another five minutes, my cold pizza and slightly warm pasta arrived.
I understand it's a Friday evening, but if it is going to take more than an hour for food to arrive, the person taking the call should say so. And if the delivery person is sent to the wrong address and loses time because of that, something should still be done to ensure warm food.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I've ordered Annie's for delivery literally for a decade, at mulitple residences and offices. This has never happened to me. In fact, I can't recall ever getting anything in less than 30 minutes. Maybe you gave them an inaccurate address?

Yes that's weird, when I call Annie's I'm always impressed by how fast I get the food.

You gave them the wrong address.
I gave my correct address. When the person taking my order repeated my address, I told her it was incorrect and repeated my correct address. The person that delievered my order first arrived at the address that the person taking my order first stated. That is not me giving the wrong address, that is the staff at Annie's taking down the wrong address, even after being corrected.
