Good beer, great burger

For such a small taproom, Slow Boat manages to be, rightfully, insanely popular. I have one piece of advice for any endeavouring beer drinkers, get there around 5 o'clock, because it fills up quickly.

I've had a lot of craft beer in Beijing, and Slow Boat easily finds a place in the top Brewers in the city.

But, beer is not where Slow Boat excels. Their burger has won multiple awards, and I can unambiguously say it had deserved them. However, their award-winning burger, the Fryburger, is not the highlight. Hands down, their blue cheese burger, the wonderfully names Anxietu Burger, is a truly marvellous creation.

Oh, and the pickles are pretty stupid.
