Well knowing the owner Jack for years ( the days he ran 1f and it became the hit it was during his time there) i have always been a fan of the quality and care Jack spends on his employees and how they reward him with some of the best service a customer can get in Beijing.
With tuesdays being half off it has become my weekly German taste to remind me of dishes back at home. Combine these with the happy hour and your eating quality german food for an afforadable price. Having his staff trained by a german chef defintely helps the quality and authenticity of the food. Truly an oasis in the land of dodgy foreign food.
