Just Like Any Other Hairdresser in Beijing!

People would think about going to a hairdresser run by foreigners because of the expectations that come with it, but in fact, this hair salon is run like any other in Beijing - unprofessional. There were two incidents that made it an unprofessional overall experience. One was when the owner, Catherine, did not get involved when there was an issue. She just pushed it to her colleagues with no apology. Another was when I was told on my first visit what they would do a certain technique to my hair, and I did not wish to continue at that time, but they said on the second visit that my hair was not suitable for that trestment, and couldn't explain why they originally suggested it. Overall cost me a lot of time for nothing.
