Used to be great, but now the glamour is dwindling

Like most apartments in Beijing, when they are new, all the fashionable people rush to them. Season's Park was great in the beginning. Free tennis court, you could access a gym and two swimming pools and a Muay Thai room from the underground parking... It was clean...

Now that they have sold all the houses as Hai Sheng Ming Yuan and Season's Park they fail to update anything. They don't wash the windows, they started charging 100 RMB per hour to play tennis.... and they closed the gym and swimming pools. Nothing left here.

Now instead of young, fashionable people, a lot of the people living here are families... even in the Season's Park side. You literally have families of three living in a one bedroom and studios. They are paying double what they could pay for a 2 bedroom normal apartment, yet instead, they are sharing a single bedroom so people who don't know they have a 1 bedroom think they are higher class. It's a joke.
