Hunt for Everything Vintage at the Need! Flea Market, Sep 2-4

Find something you want, need, or maybe never thought you needed, as the three day Need! Flea Market rolls into Beijing this weekend.

Organized by the makers of the Need! app, a one stop shop for all things vintage and retro, the flea market will be an expansion of what the app offers and then some, with over 300 vendors taking part in the event – think of it as a flea market with a massive party mixed in as well.

Happening at the Longfu Cultural Center in the Longfusi area of Dongcheng, the market will feature a first floor bazaar and, up on the ninth floor of the center, live electronic music from local Beijing clubs and music brands BBB, Zhao Dai, wigwam, s!LK and more.

Drinks and food will be on offer, plus activities as well. There will even be a photography area with Polaroid photos – a little souvenir to take home perhaps – put on by the folks behind FilmNeverDie.

The Need! Flea Market Beijing Edition takes place from Friday, Sep 2 to Sunday, Sep 4, from 1pm-10pm each day at the Longfu Cultural Center (95 Longfusi Jie, Dongcheng District). Tickets are RMB 29 for one day at the market, RMB 89 for one day at the market and music party, and RMB 199 for three days at the market and music party.
