Busy Holiday: A Few Things To Do on Oct 1 & Beyond
It’s the National Holiday, folks! While we know a great many of you have most likely joined the masses to leave Beijing for travel, for those who have remained, there are still some great things to do every day of this Golden Week holiday.
Join a Walking Tour

The weather is starting to cool off, which means it’s a nice time to get out for a stroll. You can multitask on your stroll by learning a bit of history at the same time thanks to the walking tours provided by Beijing Postcards.
Lars Van Ulrich and company will be leading tours around the Dashilar hutongs and beyond, covering the Boxer Uprising and other eras and events in Beijing – and China’s – long past. Walks are happening throughout the week in the morning and afternoon. Follow them on WeChat (ID: beijingpostcards) or check this link here for available times.
