Burn Some Rubber at the Festival of Speed Oct 2-4

This weekend the sound of squealing rubber and roaring engines will reverberate across the Jingang Autodrome at Beijing's Jinzhan Village in the northeast Chaoyang District as that locale hosts the first-ever Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Festival of Speed.
