The China World Hotel’s award-winning Aria Bar and Grill combines style and decadence in equal measure. Decorated tastefully with wood fittings, and with large expressionist paintings hanging around the bar, the bar offers cozy seating, good service and is frequently cited as being in possession of the finest choice of wines in town. Likewise, the restaurant area offers Mediterranean-style European and fusion-style cuisine with a great selection of meals for lunch and dinner – their wagyu beef burger is highly recommended. The icing on the cake is a fine happy hour offering half-price drinks Mon-Fri 6-9pm. Voted "Outstanding Wine List" in our 2009 Restaurant Awards.

Review of Aria
Aria is by far one of my favorite places to catch up with my girlfriends. The dark, lush setting has lots of little nooks and crannies were you can stow away with your best friends, sip divine wines, and chat without distractions all night long.

Review of Aria
Still one of the best places in town to grab a happy hour cocktail after work. Great location for the business set for a quick after work drink. Happy hour is half price so a Bombay Tonic is around RMB 30. The décor has held up well and they have an extensive wine list. They used to serve great free happy hour snacks but that seems to have been cut back recently, which is unfortunate because that was a major draw.
Great service and management.
Suits are not required by the way. My friends come in shorts and tee shirts and nobody complains. This is Beijing, not Shanghai.

Review of Aria
I took some of my european friends for lunch .150 plus per person ,my friends liked the food.
Drinks for the evening were expensive, saw their menu.
The place is good though to entertain.
