Perhaps Wudaokou's best-kept secret - at least, best-kept from non-Koreans. Baozhuang Mache is a small bar-restaurant with graffiti all over the walls and toilet rolls hanging above the tables in place of actual tissues. They serve good Korean food, but it's not quite a restaurant - eating here doesn't feel right unless you order some beer or soju to go with it. Having said that, it's not really a bar either - the staff will often insist that you can't order drinks without also ordering at least one or two appetizers, to the bemusement of Western customers. If you come for dinner and drinks, you're onto a winner here.
