Pretty disappointing for martial arts. For the most part they only teach performance wu-shu. The vast majority of students don't understand what most of the movements are for or why you couldn't use them in real life. There isn't much respect or desire for traditional kung-fu. Unless you train Sanda there isn't any emphasis on fighting or self defense. Students will teach you privately, for a price. If you're lucky enough one of them will know where to find a good master.

There are several nice gyms and a pool for use. Also conveniently located near several wu-shu shops.
