The dark chocolate is one to woo the cocoa addict in your life. Chocolates can be bought by the piece or in boxes – all are priced at RMB 29 for 50g.

Review of Cocoa Ballet
I stumbled on to the Cocoa Ballet (which I just referred to as the Chocolate Bar) a couple weeks ago and I just had to return today. They have a great selection of Belgian chocolates, but particularly dark chocolate. The list the cocoa percentage on several dark chocolate truffles and bars, but also have a special tray garnished with 70%, 80% and 99% cocoa dark chocolate disks and gold flecked 75% dark chocolate bars. The selection is decent for Beijing and the price is right--I paid 27 RMB for 3 truffles. They also have gift boxes for chocolates that look like they would put a smile on anyone's face. Highly recommended!
