For a hotel bar, Flames is good, comfortable and thoughtful, they have friendly wait staff, the drinks can be made stronger if need be, the bar seats and the couches are completely comfortable and chic, and best of all, the management often sets up some events there. I mean, if I were visiting Beijing and my hotel bar had some cool events where I could meet some new and fun friends, I would be totally happy, I wouldnt have to go anywhere else.
