Located on the ground floor venerable old Grand Hotel de Pekin (site of the present day Raffles), Jaan brings 1920s opulence to the 21st century with its dramatic decor and innovative French cuisine, crafted by crafted by Chef de Cuisine Laia Pons Gonzales. Dishes include slow cooked cod fish with sage and white asparagus, grilled duck foie gras with mango, spinach salad, dry fruits dressing and lamb rack with pumpkin puree,purple potato,beetroot chips and dry fruits, as well as a range of appetizers, soups and salads, many prepared with a slight Asian twist. Business set lunch (RMB 165 plus service charge) is available.
