Kocoon

Kocoon sets itself apart from the pack, specifically because it lacks the outrageously girly frills and frou-frou nonsense that the average Beijing nail bar is synonymous with. Natural light seeps through every part of the lounge, with natural wood, and abundant greenery sectioning off individual areas. There are 12 spa stations, where you can indulge in all manner of hand and foot treatments, although reservations are recommended for the two private spa rooms (for treatments, massages and facials).

There I have ever tried the best body oil massage in Beijing, and things makes you feel home there is after the treatment you don't need to pay and leave right away, they provide you a private room resting your body and mood, in the meanwhile choose your favourite tea and taste home made cakes by the pretty Japanese owner. B-)
Often they do workshop, if you are interested in meditation or telepathize, call and make a reservation.

Kocoon just feels like a home away from home.

To the point that you can pick fresh fruits from the jar, you get home-made cake and tea... and then indulge yourself at the hands of ladies who know what they're doing. The menu has everything you need, like the very flexible waxing options; everything is impeccable and of great taste, yet it feels so warm and homely.

I tried their OPI Pedicure, and I'm awfully glad I did despite a crazy schedule. Sanlitun's concrete litteraly felt like clouds when I left! Even smiled to the slow walkers on the subway, which is rare. :) The foot soak is divine, and the incredible choice of colors really makes you feel like a queen in her palace.

And last but not least, the service is available in English, French, Chinese and Japanese. Gotta beat that.
