Japanese cocktail bar run by one of the partners behind both Twilight and Apothecary. Like many other Japanese bars, Mokihi's is simple but elegant - a well-stocked bar, seats at the counter, a capable bartender, dark wood fittings and relaxed background music. For a surprisingly smooth drink, try the wasabi martini. However, the smoke martini and several types of Old Fashioned are drinks you'll come back for again and again. The bar has an adjoining sister restaurant, K's Kitchen, but the doors can be closed to seal the restaurant off and allow you to enjoy the bar in its full intimacy.
