Amazing place in an amazing setting with great food and and extensive wine list. One of the few restaurants of this caliber in Beijing when you really feel everything is worth the price. You can choose either three of four-course sets for RMB 168 and 188, with very decent portions that make you full unlike most of the other restaurants with the same concept. Also a great selection of a la carte tapas for a reasonable price (unlike Migas, ughh)

Took off one star because although the service is ok, but it's very obvious that the staff are trained to do specific things which they do well but if you request something special, you get the usual retarded stare. Well, this is China. And the foie gras was a bit off - but hopefully it was a one time thing. It's just I liked it so much that I hope they will improve a bit and it will be flawless.

Nearly perfect restaurant, and absolutely perfect for an intimate date.

Discovering this wine bar was one of the best things that has happened to me since being in Beijing! It is around the corner from home, and works excellently as both a regular meeting place with friends, and as a complete surprise for visitors. It's certainly unexpected to walk into from the surrounding hutongs. The owner is so friendly and helpful, as are all the staff, accommodating every request. Lots of wines by the glass to choose from, and reasonably priced bottles. I have not tried too much of the food, but the cheese platter is great!

In a quiet, intimate, little si he yuan, treasure is truly found in Beijing. The three course meal is ample and perfectly prepared. The wine list is fantastic, if tending to favour Italian wines a little much for my taste. The staff are helpful and polite and the service is efficient.

Make sure you book as it is not a large place and fills up fast.

Cannot recomend enough.
