Located opposite of Melody KTV in Shuangjing, Hexing is made up of a sushi bar that wraps around the chef’s table, as well as five private tatami rooms. The includes two sets (RMB 580/980), both featuring 10-course kaiseki meals encompassing a salad, sashimi, soup, grilled items, fish, sushi, rice, and desserts. There’s also an a la carte menu, featuring almost two dozen types of grilled fish (RMB 68-1,280), sushi, sushi platters, appetizers, and sake. For lunch, choose between bento lunch sets for RMB 88 and above.
