Hong Kong Laoma Niunan 香港老妈牛腩

Like most street eateries in Hong Kong, Laoma Niunan is compact, only holding five tables, and decorated with 80s-style golden wallpaper. On the menu, there's beef brisket, chicken, pigs' feet, fish balls with your choice of rice (RMB 23-26), vermicelli or flat rice noodle soup (RMB 10-24), or wonton and noodle soup. You can also add additional beef brisket or pigs' feet (RMB 26-40). Soup up you meal with simple dim sum dishes like shrimp dumplings, shumai (RMB 18), steamed ribs (RMB 16), and baozi (RMB 12-14).
