I was one of the first patients that walked through the clinic's doors when they opened in 2010. (You can even see my initial review back then.)
Fast forward 6 years after, I'm still going to them. I finished my adult orthodontic treatment 3 years ago and am still very satisfied up to this point. Totally changed my life and rocketed my confidence to a super high level. People always tend to notice my great smile and healthy teeth.
They have moved to a spacious, bright and luxurious space in Lido. They have new doctors now who are all very welcoming and professional. Dr. Jaclyn's team is really fab!
I just came back home from IDC Dental Clinic and I couldn't be any happier! The staff was very nice and very professional. They spoke English which made my day very easy. I took off a wisdom tooth and the process was so smooth. It was extremely fast and the best part was that it did not hurt! I highly recommend this clinic and I highly recommend my dentist, Dr. Safar Baisov. *yahoo*
I have had several visits to IDC and have had excellent experiences. Yes, a little more expensive and your local Chinese Dental clinic, but I found the staff, the dental hyginists and the dentists very friendly and had no problems with language. I have noticed some bad reviews and never had any of those experiences at all. Sometimes I think some reviews are written by competing dental clinics trying to discourage patients from going to the clinic. One guy even lauded his regular dentist and refused to mention him/her, claiming he did not want to advertise, but I am sure the intent was to get people to send a message asking.
After reading the review from 'beaver27", I have to let people know that their situation is obviously not normal practice at IDC Dental. I have been living in Beijing for several years and I have had all of my dental needs taken care of at IDC. I have never had an issue like described by "beaver27". The folks at IDC are always very pleasant and speak perfectly good English. They handle my insurance claims so that I never have to see a bill. Also, I have several expat friends who also go to IDC for all of their dental needs!
