This clean, efficient and bright restaurant serves Shanghai dumplings, known for their succulent fillings and translucent skins. The food here is cheap, fast and easy – diners tick off their own orders on a paper menu (although it’s all in Chinese, the larger menu comes with pictures and the staff is happy to assist). Menu items include a dozen types of xiaolongbao filled with shrimp, pork, crab roe and even scallops. Also on offer: rice noodles, appetizers and desserts.
