Review of Mega Box
Watched Iron Man 2 the other week at the Sanlitun location and couldn't believe how loud the sound system is for their movies. I saw people covering their ears to muffle the sound.
I like loud movies at the cinema and that's all part of the experience when you go there to watch them like that instead of at home, but this was over the top.
I would have complained to the staff but it would have fallen on deaf ears.

The only explanation for the ear-splitting volume is that it drowns out all the people talking on their cell phones during the movie.
