Review of Blue Frog
Blue Frog has some tasty food. Made with thick patties, the burgers are meaty and juicy. After going to several Blue Frogs, I think the flavor of most of the menu items is pretty much the same as what you get in most casual dining chains in the US. Maybe a little better than Denny's.
But this is China, where good beef is more expensive than in the US. And thus, everything is priced accordingly.

Your patronage helps go towards their rental costs (all 3 in BJ in high-rent locations), staffing (always have plenty on hand) and environment (for as many people as they serve, their environment/facilities always seem quite clean) -- not serving particularly higher quality of beef than most places with a burger on their menu (but portions are quite large). Also keep in mind menu prices including service charge/tip.
