BIFU by XingChen Pop-Up Store at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, as part of their ongoing pop-up store trend, have invited popular Chinese label BIFU by XingChen to their lobby until July 10, along with Dutch jewelry designer Machtelt Schelling, Chinese 3D-printer jewelry artist Duan Xuexin, and Zeusé. The pop-up store is a place for Chinese artists to showcase their work to hotel patrons from all over the world as well as those living in Beijing.

Both Machtelt Schelling and Duan Xuexin offer one-of-a-kind jewelry Schelling uses a combination of Western and Chinese designs and stones, as well as the best Chinese craftsmen to create beautiful pieces. Duan, on the other hand, is inspired by the designs and patterns of snowflakes, and uses 3D printers to create her masterpieces.

The pop-up store also features Zeusé, a company that combines technology and fashion, and the first to create a wireless charging handbag for mobile phones. Genius! The bags are unique and the fact that your phone is always charging is the ultimate relief on a long night out, or a day working away from the office. Prices for the bags are to be determined, but the one in the picture below is estimated at between RMB 3,000 and 4,000, and can charge your phone multiple times.

And finally, the clothes are exquisite too. Think gorgeous Chinese silk and fabrics in elegant designs ultimately, this is the place to head if you need to get a very personal or unique gift. If you are interested in the products but can't make it to the pop-up before July 10, BIFU's permanent storefronts are located at 93 Beiluogu Xiang, and 9 Qianmen Zhujia Hutong.
