The new high speed rail line to Shenyang did not "open". They just finished the tunnel that you have in the picture there. The last part of the line (Beijing to Chengdu), including that tunnel, is now expected to open at the end of next year. Also, the second paragraph in that section is barely readable.
The part about the Zhangjiakou line is basically right, but "with a change" is misleading. You can buy tickets from Beijing to Datong, Hohhot, and even Baotou now that do not require you to change trains. I assume you mean that these are separate railways (Jingzhang, Zhanghu, and Zhangda), but they are all interconnected.
