Where Foreigners Can Get Vaccinated Outside of Chaoyang

In our previous blog, many Beijingers have been wondering where to get vaccinated if they don’t live in Chaoyang district. We’ve called around a few places outside of Chaoyang and find out vaccine policies vary based on which district you are living in.

A lot of districts don' t accept individual appointment and require you to make reservations with your neighborhood committee while others don’t. Your best bet is to reach out to your local residential community, but if that does not work out then you can try these spots.

Here’s a general guide on where to get your vaccine district by district. Each may require proof of residency in the district.

Dongcheng district：

We’ve called Hong Kong International Medical Clinic and they do not accept individual bookings. They told us to contact the neighborhood committee and let them set up with vaccination reservations. Below's a list of numbers of different committees in Dongcheng district. Your can find the number of the street you are living on and call them to inquire about getting vaccinated.

Xicheng district:

We ‘ve made quite a few phone calls and most have told us to contact the neighborhood committee.

However, on this particular phone call we made to Beijing Xicheng Desheng Community Health Service Center, they told us over the phone that there is a designated spot on the fourth floor that might be open to foreigners to get vaccinated. You can visit the place in person or call ahead to find out more about how to get vaccinated there. The numbers and address are listed below.

Haidian district:

Haidian district makes it really easy for foreigners to get vaccinated. Follow their official account 海淀外事 and scan this QR below to make reservations.

Tongzhou district

You might be able to get vaccinated at Renmin Shopping Center in Tongzhou district. The place has become a designated spot for vaccination and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding where to get your covid jab once you arrive as there will be signs at the gate that direct your way.

Shunyi district:

You can make an appointment with Beijing New Century Wenyu Out-patient Department through phone call and they should be able to help you.

Daxing district:

Daxing people will be able to get their vaccines at Beijing Aiyuhua Women and Children's Hospital. Call them ahead to make an appointment.
