New cocktails have landed at Superfly, The Opposite House’s Sichuan-centric restaurant and bar. Going a different route than their usual southwest Chinese fare, Superfly has dropped a menu featuring tipples inspired by Beijing in the ‘80s and ‘90s. The range packs on the flavor, from Punk Therapy, featuring bourbon combined with chrysanthemum, jasmine, and fruits like logan and orange; to Super Yoghurt, which sees tequila paired up with yogurt, pickled plum, grapefruit, hibiscus and clarified milk served up in old school glass yogurt bottles.
