On May 28, International Burger Day graces us with the perfect reason to indulge in our favorite burgers in the capital. With numerous burger joints recently opening their doors in Beijing and our highly anticipated Burger Fest just around the corner, why not embark on a burgescapade this weekend? Nestled within Qingnianlu craft beer spot Yolo Taproom, Cow Hamburger has bomb burgers to pair with cool beers. Is there a more perfect pairing? Their menu features an array of scrumptious options, including the highly acclaimed 大牛汉堡 dàniú hànbǎo (literally "big cow burger") (RMB 95) – a beef patty adorned with caramelized onions and a super secret mustard sauce. You can also venture beyond the classic and explore unique flavors like foie gras, pineapple sausage, and truffle mushroom.

Nestled in the midst of a sunken plaza lies Pause N'Go, which offers an impressive array of dishes ranging from American to Japanese to Mexican. The Chef's Beef Burger (RMB 88) is pretty good, but it's the Chef's Signature Soft-Shell Crab Burger (RMB 128) that truly stands out. Dreamtown Coffee & Bar definitely has the most "out there" burger on this list. Their signature dish, the UFO Burger (RMB 88), looks like a flying saucer with the letters "UFO" printed on the bun, which seals in the juicy beef patty. It's unlike any burger you've seen before! But if you're more of a traditionalist, don't worry; Dreamtown also offers classic burgers like the Double Cheeseburger (RMB 98) and Signature Beef Burger (RMB 68).
