All Your Sausage Fest 2.0 FAQs Answered

The time has almost come for our second ever Sausage Fest, all ready to kick off tomorrow (Mar 28) and running until Sunday (Mar 30) at the FFC

Ahead of the fest, we’re answering all of your FAQs like: Does sausage size really matter? And which country has the biggest sausage? No, joking aside, here is everything you need to know before the fest starts tomorrow!

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets by scanning the QR code below. Early bird tickets are RMB 20, VIP tickets are RMB 100 and on-site tickets are RMB 30.  

What do the early bird tickets include?
The early bird tickets include a Sausage Fest wristband and a themed bandana.

What do the VIP tickets include?
The VIP tickets include:

  • Themed bandana (RMB 20 value)
  • Themed fridge magnet (RMB 35 value)
  • Sling bag (RMB 45 value)
  • Coin bag (RMB 10 value)
  • Sausage hair band (RMB 10 value)
  • Sausage Fest wristband (RMB 30 value)

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets at the door for RMB 30 per person (however, the early bird gift is not included).

How do I find my ticket after I've bought it, and how do I get into the festival?
If you've already bought a ticket, it's best to prepare the QR code for the e-ticket in advance by following the instructions in the poster below. When you arrive at the venue, go to the “early bird ticket” entrance, show your QR code and you'll be given a bracelet to enter the festival.

What time does the festival start and finish? 
Sausage Fest is running Friday through Sunday, Mar 28-30, at the following times:

  • Fri, Mar 28, 4-9pm
  • Sat, Mar 29, 11am-9pm
  • Sun, Mar 30, 11am-9pm

What food and drink will be at Sausage Fest?
We've got 50+ vendors serving up a whole range of sausages and hot dogs, along with snacks and plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can check out more details on the vendors in these two posts:

Will there be sausages and hot dogs that are only available at the fest?
Yes! Numerous vendors have created special sausages and hot dogs that will only be available at the fest. You can read more about them in the links to our vendors posts above.

Will there be any interactive games or competitions at the festival?
Yes! We've got a Toss the Sausage game that will see teams of two battle it out on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm.

We also have a Catch the Sausage game for those who rate their flipping skills on Saturday and Sunday at 5pm.

So, if you think you've got what it takes to be a sausage master, make sure to head to the stage before the games begin to sign up!

Is there a schedule of activities?

Which day is most recommended to go to the fest?
On Friday, we will be having our special collaborative night with LTN (Latin Fire), so if you want to listen to some great tunes and start the weekend with one banger of a night, then we'd recommend going then! Saturday will be the peak day, so if you're looking for a less busy vibe with fewer queues, we recommend attending on Sunday. 

Can I bring children to the fest?
Yes, children are welcome! We have plenty of kid-friendly activities in our dedicated Kids Corner run by Tinker Garden. Click here for more details on all the family-friendly fun. Also, don't forget that children 1.4m and under get into the fest for free on Saturday and Sunday before 2pm and children under 1.2m get in for free during the entire festival!

Can I bring pets to the fest?
Unfortunately, for this festive, pets are not allowed, so you'll have to leave your furry friends at home.

Where are the toilets located at the festival?
There are toilets located right next to the venue in the FFC shopping mall on the first, second and third floors. Just look out for the signs below!

Is there a dress code for the fest?
Yes! This year, the dress code for Sausage Fest is all about embracing the Sports Retro vibe, so break out your best throwback athletic gear! Think vintage tracksuits, retro basketball jerseys, high-top sneakers, and sweatbands. Whether you're channeling an Adidas-style tracksuit or '90s NBA legends, the goal is to celebrate the golden era of sportswear with bold colors, stripes, and plenty of nostalgic flair.

How do I get to the festival?

Sausage Fest is taking place at the South Square of the Financial Fortune Center (FFC).

Here's how to get there via:

Ride-Hailing App
If you're using a ride-hailing app, simply type in FFC and select FFC Main Entrance. If you're using the Chinese version of Didi, you can also select the South Square as an exact drop-off location.

Taxi
If you're taking a taxi, you'll need to ask your driver to take you to 财富金融中心南广场 cáifù jīnróng zhōngxīn nánguǎngchǎng.

Subway
The nearest subway stop is Jintaixizhao (金台夕照) on Line 10, and you'll want to go out of exit A then turn right and walk directly north. You'll be able to see the Financial Fortune Center straight ahead of you!
