It's just over a week until the New Year, and if you're looking for somewhere to celebrate the start of 2026, whether with food, drinks or a blowout party, there are plenty of spots across Beijing with a whole range of offerings. For those who are looking for any last-minute Christmas plans, you can check out some Christmas events below:

“TRUST x BE STUPID” Pres. NYE Party

Beijing-based electronic music labels TRUST and BE STUPID will be joining forces to throw a New Year's Eve party at MADverse. The event will feature two rooms, with the main room featuring core DJs from both TRUST and BE STUPID, while the second room will showcase music from DJs selected through TRUST’s “Sound Fresh” Open Decks initiative. NYE Countdown Party at COMMUNE

COMMUNE will be throwing a NYE Countdown party across their branches. They've got a gold and black dress code for the party, and all tickets include one complimentary drink to toast at midnight and a party popper. After the clock strikes midnight, they are also offering 50 percent off all food menu items so you can have your first meal of 2026 in style. Entry to the party is free before 10pm if you dine there; after 10pm, all guests must purchase a ticket. You can read more about the party here.

NYE Bash at Slowboat

Slowboat will be doing an NYE Bash at all of their locations. They've got hourly deals available throughout the evening: 9pm-10pm, Drink Like a Fish Pilsner, 1L Stein Glass RMB 55 (normally RMB 90); 10pm-11pm, four pints of Monkey's Fist IPA for RMB 100; 11pm-midnight, 50 percent off bubbly.

NYE at Station Park

Station Park will be throwing a New Year's Eve party at their West Plaza. They'll have live DJs playing retro beats from 8pm, and they've even got the chance to win an iPhone17 Pro, with lucky draws happening throughout the night at 8pm,9pm, 10pm and 11pm. New Year's Eve at Home Plate

Home Plate will be doing a limited edition dinner set menu followed by live music for New Year's Eve at their Sanlitun location. NYE Taco Wednesday at Las Musas

Las Musas is putting on an NYE Taco Wednesday party, where you can get free-flow tacos (up to 15) for RMB 150. They will also have 25 percent off Signature Margarita Pitchers all day. The theme is disco with Canto disco songs and plenty of retro vibes.

New Year at China World Summit Wing

The China World Summit Wing has got a few different offerings for New Year's Eve. At Atmosphere Bar, they will be putting on a countdown party. The entire 798 Art District will be putting on a New Year's Eve celebration. They'll have special countdown events across numerous venues as well as immersive light shows, exhibitions, landmark installations, live music, creative markets, and art parades. SNST NYE Countdown Party

SNST will be throwing a countdown party at Fusion Bar. They'll have live music from resident DJs Mike, Sieya and George, plus a special guest DJ Kirtis, with everything from Afro to Latin house, hip-hop and more. They'll also have beer pong, a lucky draw and other surprises. Early bird tickets are sold out, but they still have presale tickets and tickets at the door available. Jazz Countdown at Blue Note

If you're looking to jazz up your New Year, then head over to Blue Note where they'll be ringing it in with the Blue Note China Jazz Orchestra (BNCJO). They will have two shows on Dec 31, one at 8pm and one at 11pm, as well as another show on Dec 30 at 8pm. You can read more details here.
